Meet Pamela S. Tipsword

For over 20 years, Pamela has been on a mission to educate her clients, during sessions, to understand that they have the capabilities to maintain their own well-being more effectively by, not only, taking back control over all of the decisions relating to their health, but also encouraging them to seek out & utilize any of the traditional & alternative avenues  that may be available.

 

This passion has led her to create / develop a philosophy known as InTune-ition Wellness in 2016. This philosophy emphasizes the concept that an individual's body uses its own language, through the person's emotions, thoughts, memories, & physical symptoms, to communicate input, advice, warnings, or recommendations regarding his/her health issues, concerns, or status. During sessions, clients are taught how to use this philosophy to monitor, manage, & maintain their own circumstances, so they can see, feel, & experience a difference.

 

In 2017, she entered into a partnership as one of the Co-Owners of Nuwati Bodywork Education Center.  During this time, she was asked to create & develop a Continuing Education program based on an unique bodywork system that she had been working on for over two decades. 

 

She chose to call this system/approach, The Angler Method, since it involved a variety of precision angling tactics that could help therapists enhance the effectiveness & efficiency of the treatments. That is when, she initially, became a Continuing Education Provider / Instructor as recognized by the NCBTMB for the Massage Therapy industry.  However, the Education Center had to close down in 2020 due to circumstances that were beyond their control.  Although, in July 2020, she was allowed to transfer the NCBTMB Provider status  to  her own name.

 

In August, 2020, she opened up her own Massage Establishment, known as InTune-ition Wellness, LLC., in honor of her mission & philosophy, where she can provide therapeutic services & useful education to her clients & colleagues in a safe, comfortable, & professional environment.

Earlier Days & Education

Pamela was born and raised in Champaign County, Illinois.

She graduated from ABL High School in Broadlands, IL.

She earned her BA in English from Eastern Illinois University. 

Initial Massage Training & Licensure

Massage Training at Life Path School of Massage Therapy in Peoria, IL. 1993-1994

NCBTMB Exam was completed & passed for FL Licensure 1994.

Earned FL Massage Therapist License, 1995.  MA 19684
